— Your email address when you sign up to the FULLPORT newsletter or download the free chapter via Beehiiv
— Your email address, name, and payment details when you purchase a product via Whop. Note: we do not store your payment card details — these are handled directly and securely by Whop and their payment processors
— Any information you voluntarily submit via contact forms, reply emails, or reader submission forms (Typeform)
Information collected automatically:
— Basic website analytics including pages visited, time on page, device type, and approximate location. Collected via Plausible Analytics or similar privacy-focused tools. We do not use Google Analytics.
— Email engagement data including open rates and click rates collected via Beehiiv. This helps us understand what content is useful and improve future issues.
Information we do not collect:
We do not collect sensitive personal information including financial account details, trading account information, government identifiers, or health information. Please do not send us this information.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
— To deliver the product or content you signed up for or purchased — newsletter issues, free chapter download, ebook delivery
— To send you FULLPORT newsletter issues if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
— To notify you of relevant FULLPORT product updates, new releases, or offers where you have consented to receive marketing communications
— To respond to your questions or support requests
— To improve our content, products, and website based on aggregated usage data
— To comply with legal obligations where required
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party platforms to operate FULLPORT. Each platform receives only the information necessary to perform their specific function:

Whop — product delivery and payment processing. Handles your purchase transaction and delivers your product. Whop's privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform. [whop.com/privacy]
Framer — website hosting. Collects basic visitor analytics. Framer's privacy policy applies. [framer.com/privacy]
Zapier — automation platform. Passes your email address from Whop to Beehiiv when you make a purchase so you are added to the newsletter list. Zapier's privacy policy applies. [zapier.com/privacy]
Typeform — reader submission forms. If you submit a reader submission via Typeform, that data is subject to Typeform's privacy policy. [typeform.com/privacy]
We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Newsletter: If you subscribe to the FULLPORT newsletter via Beehiiv, you will receive newsletter issues on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. We will process your unsubscribe request promptly.
Purchase confirmation: If you purchase a FULLPORT product via Whop, you will receive a transactional email confirming your purchase and delivering your product. These emails are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of as they are necessary to complete your purchase.
Marketing emails: Where you have consented to receive marketing communications beyond the newsletter, we may contact you about new FULLPORT products, updates, or offers. You can opt out of these at any time.
We do not send spam. We do not send unsolicited emails. We do not email you more than our stated send schedule without a specific reason.
6. COOKIES
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies for retargeting purposes.
You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the products and services you have signed up for, or as required by law.
Specifically:
— Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Upon unsubscribe your email is removed from active send lists. Residual data may remain in Beehiiv's systems subject to their retention policy.
— Purchase data is retained for seven years in accordance with Australian tax law requirements.
— Contact form and email correspondence data is retained for two years.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time — see Section 9.
8. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. This includes using reputable third-party platforms with their own security measures, limiting access to personal data to only those who need it, and not storing payment card details on our systems.
However, no data transmission over the internet or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information and encourage you to take reasonable precautions with your own data.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
FULLPORT operates from Australia. Our third-party platforms — Beehiiv, Whop, Framer, Zapier — may store and process data in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Australia.
We only use platforms that maintain appropriate data protection standards and comply with applicable privacy laws.
