Turn emotional trades into calculated ones

The mental performance framework that takes day traders from self-sabotage to consistent payouts in 90 days.

Your strategy isn't broken. Your mind is.

And that's actually good news because you can't fix the market, but you can fix yourself. Here's what happens when you do.

Name the problem

Most traders blow accounts for the exact same reason every single time. Convinced every time it's something different. Chapter Two ends that conversation with yourself permanently.

Install the system

Not a vibe. Not a mindset shift. A 15-minute pre-session protocol that runs before every open so discipline stops being a personality trait you either have or you don't.

Stop funding the prop firms

You've been their best customer for long enough. The eval fees stop compounding when the self-sabotage does.

THE LOOP YOU'RE STUCK IN

"Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results." — you, buying your sixth eval.

You pass phase one. You blow phase two. You tell yourself next time will be different.

Or you get funded. You trade well for two weeks. Then one bad morning undoes all of it.

You can explain every mistake in detail after you make it. And then you make it again anyway.

90 seconds after your stop gets hit. That's when the account gets blown. Every time.

Eval Fees/Blown Accounts 🥀

Accounts kept 😐

YOU'RE TRADE IS RIGHT. YOUR MIND JUST NEEDS TO CATCH UP

"know thyself." — some greek bloke who definitely would have passed his apex eval.

You get stopped out. You sit with it. You don't move.

You run your protocol. You make the next decision from the top of your mind, not the bottom of your nervous system.

You finish the week green. Not because the market was kind but because you weren't your own worst enemy for once.

You're not emotionless. Emotionless traders don't exist. You're just not being controlled by yours anymore.

Don't just take our word for it. Real traders, real results.

Hear how funded futures traders used the FULLPORT framework to stop self-sabotating and start keeping their accounts.

I haven't revenge traded in six weeks.

Before this I could explain every mistake in perfect detail and then make it again the next day. Chapter two named my exact pattern. Something clicked that hadn't clicked in three years of trading.

The 90-day roadmap changed everything.

I've tried building trading habits before and failed every time. No structure. This gave me structure. Week by week, day by day. I actually followed it because it was specific enough to follow.

Read it in one sitting.

First week I didn't break a single rule I'd been breaking for four months straight. The pre-session protocol sounds simple. It works because it's simple.

I finally understood why I kept failing at the same point.

Phase two. Every single time. I thought it was bad luck. It wasn't. It was the Day 3 confidence spike, chapter four named it exactly. Haven't blown a phase two since.

90 days.
10 chapters.
The playbook.

Everything you need to fix the actual problem.

01 — The 90-Second Window

02 — The Five Patterns

03 — Your Brain Is Long Bias

04 — The Eval Trap

05 — The Identity Problem

06 — The Pre-Session Operating System

07 — The Session Log System

08 — Managing The Streak

09 — The Recovery Framework

10 — The 90-Day Roadmap

What 90 days actually looks like.

Three phases, each with a label, week range and specific outcome.

Pattern Awareness | Week 1

You identify your primary pattern

Not a guess but a data-driven diagnosis from your own trading history. Most readers already know it's the revenge spiral or the freeze. Now you can name it precisely and see it coming.

Pattern Awareness | Week 2

You install the mandatory pause

90 seconds between a stop-out and your next decision. Simple. Uncomfortable at first. The first real change in your trading behaviour.

Pattern Awareness | Week 3

You start the session log.

Four questions. Five minutes after the close. You start seeing the pattern in your own data for the first time.

Protocol Installation | Week 4 - 5

You complete your first pattern audit.

You can now tell, before the session opens, which days are high-risk for your specific pattern. 15 minutes before every open. You're priming your prefrontal cortex before the market gets a chance to hand control to your amygdala.

Protocol Installation | Week 6 - 7

The cognitive reframe drill becomes automatic

Loss aversion stops running your position sizing. You start taking valid setups you would have previously frozen on.

Protocol Installation | Week 8 - 9

Your session log has 30 days of data.

You can see your patterns, your high-risk times, your best trading conditions. You are no longer guessing about what's happening to you. You know.

Performance Optimisation | Week 9 - 12

The streak protocol activates for the first time.

You have a winning run. Instead of sizing up and giving it back, you manage it deliberately. You have 90 days of session log data, a named and managed primary pattern, and a pre-session routine that's now automatic.

Every trader who bought had doubts, now they have clarity.

We get it. You've bought things in this space before that didn't deliver. This is different because it doesn't touch your strategy, it fixes the thing your strategy can't fix.

  • Six resets in. This was the wake up call.

Kept thinking one more eval, different result. Same result every time. This book made me realise I was the constant variable. Chapter five hit different. Haven't reset since.

  • took me 3 blown accounts to find this. wish it was 1.

simple as that really. the eval trap section described my last three failures better than i could have described them myself. would have saved me about $800 in resets if i'd read it sooner.

Cheaper than your next blown account and it'll probably prevent it.

FAQs

No fluff over here.

I've bought trading psychology resources before and nothing changed. Why is this different?

I'm not sure my problem is psychological. What if my strategy just needs work?

"$77 is a lot for a PDF."

What if it doesn't work for me?

Do I need to be currently funded or in an eval to use this?

What format is it?

The market doesn't wait for you to get your mind right.
